At CTS, we work and partner mostly with boat manufacturers and dealerships to provide their clients with trailer designs that are just as customized as their boats and lifestyle requirements. We are additionally known to work directly with clients if they seek us out. We have been active in the boating community for over 15 years, and we have a passion for providing top-of-the-line quality products.

Every CTS Custom Boat Trailer starts out as a 50 foot piece of T6061 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and is fully welded to the highest quality standards. We specialize in the high-performance boat market with an emphasis on Catamarans, Speedboats, Center Consoles, V-Bottom or V-Hulls, and high-performance Fishing Boats.

The average timeline to build a completed trailer varies based on the level of customization, add-ons, accessories and paint.

Every trailer carries a full manufacturer’s warranty from us and the NATM compliance seal

• We consult with our client to get a full picture of the size of the vessel, weight, boat make, model and overall size.
• We gather a wish list of any customizations, accessories, or add-ons.
• We talk color and paint (we can do absolutely any color)
• We offer tandem and triple-axle trailers (14,000 lbs or 21,000 lbs capacity) – depending on the axle configuration selected.
• Although you don’t need a specific truck to haul our trailers empty, a truck with the right towing capacity will be required to tow your vessel on the trailer loaded.
